So I just had to put up a shot of my 9-year-old son's handiwork and brain power.
After much diligence using websites dedicated to solving the cube and pages upon pages of complicated directions (that I could not understand to save my life!), he solved it!
Very proud. :-)
That's dedication indeed! My DS can be very single-minded when he really wants to do something too. I love it when he achieves something fab, through sheer hard work and determination.
ReplyDeleteI can't do the Rubik's Cube. I also couldn't first-time-round, when it was the favourite game at school. I admire anyone who can do this tricky puzzle and who has the staying power to keep at it until they have mastered it! Well done to your DS. He's a clever lad!
Thanks Lizzie...I can't do that thing (or any games like it) to save my life! His brain definitely works differently than mine. :-)
